Description: 2×Taq Plus PCR MasterMix is a premixed 2x concentrated solution of Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffer, MgCl₂ and stabilizers. 2×Taq Plus PCR MasterMix contains all components for PCR, except DNA template and primers. It is ideally suited to routine PCR applications from templates including pure DNA solutions, bacterial colonies, and cDNA products. It can amplify up to 4 kb from genomic DNA or up to 5 kb from lambda DNA. For a 50 μl reaction, simply add 25 μl of 2×Taq Plus PCR MasterMix to primers, DNAtemplate and PCR-Qualified H₂O.

Quality Control: No activity of exogenous nuclease is detected; Detection of host-free residual DNA by PCR method; Single-copy gene in human genome could be amplified effectively; No significant activity change when stored at room temperature for one week.

Content: Taq plus DNAPolymerase(recombinant): 0.05units/µl; MgCl₂: 4mM; dNTPs(dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP): 0.4mM.

Examples of reaction:
