Application:
Genetic testing: Semi-quantitative PCR experiments and the detection of trace DNA.
DNA amplification and some complex templates with special structures and high GC content (>60%), amplification with secondary structure, etc: PCR amplification of DNA fragments, DNA labeling, primer extension, sequence determination, etc.
Description: 2×Taq Plus PCR MasterMix contains Taq plus DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, and reaction buffer at a concentration of 2×. When using, take an appropriate amount of 2×Taq PCR MasterMix solution, add template and primers, and add deionized water to make up the volume so that the concentration of the MasterMix solution is 1× and then it can be reacted. Please ensure that it is fully dissolved and mixed before use. The procedure needs to be operated on ice.
Product Content: Taq plus DNA Polymerase (recombinant): 0.05units/µl ; MgCl2: 4mM; dNTPs (dATP, dCTP, dGTP,dTTP): 0.4mM.
Quality Control: No activity of exogenous nuclease is detected; Detection of host-free residual DNA by PCR method; Single-copy gene in human genome could be amplified effectively; No significant activity change when stored at room temperature for one week.
Examples of reactions:
