The Zero Background pTOPO-Blunt Simple Cloning Kit utilizes the principle of Topoisomerase to connect DNA fragments in an instant (a few seconds to a few minutes) , it It only takes 10 minutes to resuscitate at 37°C to be coated. It only takes 15-20 minutes from connection to coating.
Note: Sequencing can be sequenced with M13F/M13R universal primers (see map at end)
