This product was purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography.

Specificity

It reacts with heavy chains and the majority of light chains on rat IgG, does not react with serum albumin of non-immunoglobulin. It may react with immunoglobulins of other species.

Recommend Application

Western Blot (1:5,000-100,000)

ELISA (1:2,500-50,000)

Other applications have not been tested.

The optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Dilution It is concentrated product, can be diluted with TBST (pH 7.0).

Storage Instruction 

Store at 4°C for frequent use (6 months), at -20°C for long term (one year).

Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
