Specificity
It reacts with heavy chains and the majority of light chains on mouse IgG, does not react with serum albumin of non-immunoglobulin. It may react with immunoglobulins of other species.
Recommend Application
Western Blot (1:1000-10000)
ELISA (1:5000-20000)
Other applications have not been tested.
The optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.
Dilution It is concentrated product, can be diluted with TBST (pH 7.0).
