Description: 2× Taq MasterMix is a premixed 2× concentrated solution of Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffer, MgCl2 and stabilizers. 2× Taq Master Mix contains all components for PCR, except DNA template and primers. It is ideally suited to routine PCR applications from templates including pure DNA solutions, bacterial colonies, and cDNA products. It can amplify up to 4 kb from genomic DNA or up to 5 kb from lambda DNA. For a 50 μl reaction, simply add 25 μl of 2× Taq MasterMix to primers, DNAtemplate and PCR-Qualified H2O.
Note: 2 x Taq MasterMix is supplied with tracking dye added or without dye added. The user can choose. If dye is added, you can load PCR products directly without adding loading buffers after PCR reaction.
Content: Taq DNA Polymerase (recombinant): 0.05 units/µl; MgCl 2: 4mM; dNTPs (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP): 0.4mM.
Reaction Setup

1. Use genomic DNA as template to amplify 1kb fragment, the reaction system is 25µl. (If the reaction system is different, increase or decrease according to this ratio).
