Description: Taq Plus DNA Polymerase is a mixture of Taq DNA Polymerase and Pfu DNA Polymeraser. In the PCR reaction, the extension speed of Taq Plus DNA Polymerase is 1-2 kb/min, and the product has an A at the 3'end, which can be directly used for T/A vector cloning.

Quality Control: No activity of exogenous nuclease is detected; Detection of host-free residual DNA by PCR method; Single-copy gene in human genome could be amplified effectively; No significant activity change when stored at room temperature for one week.

Activity definitiont: The activity of 1 unit(U) of Taq Plus DNA Polymerase is defined as at 74°C for 30 min, use activated salmon sperm DNA as template primer, then add 10nmol of deoxynucleotides to the amount of enzyme required for acid-insoluble substances.

Enzyme storage buffer: 20mM Tris-HCl (pH8.0), 0.1 mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 100 mM KCl, Stabilizers, 50% glycerol.

10x Taq Plus Buffer (with Mg²⁺):

200 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.4), 200 mM KCl, 100 mM(NH₄)₂SO₄, 15 mM MgCl₂, and other components.
