Description:
2 x Sybr Green qPCR Mix premixes the hot-start HotMaster Taq DNA polymerase, dNTP, special stabilizer, optimized reaction buffer, BSA and SYBR® Green I and other reagents into a 2×Premix Type reagent suitable for Real Time PCR reaction detection. Need to add template, primers and water, a good standard curve can be obtained in a wide quantitative area, and the target gene can be accurately and quantitatively detected.
