Introduction

Albumin Standard Ampules (5mg/ml BSA) is the kit component of Bradford Protein Assay Kit (Catalog # BWR1027) and BCA Protein Assay Kit (Catalog # BWR1023, BWR1024, BWR1025, BWR1026). It also can be used as the protein standard for other ways of protein concentration determination.

Reconstitution

Reconstitute the lyophilized Albumin Standard Ampules with 1 ml of distilled water to get the liquid Albumin Standard Ampules with concentration 5 mg/ml.

Storage: Store the lyophilized Albumin Standard Ampules at -20℃ for at least for one year, after reconstitution, the liquid (5 mg/ml BSA) can be stored at -20℃ for at least 6 months.
